1. How a Shark Tank-Featured Toy Brand Scaled with our service, Overcoming Quality Crises, Getting Better Price & Cutting Development Time
Client: U.S. sensory & stress-relief toy brand. Its founder had previously appeared on Shark Tank.The client already had sourcing experience and had attended the Canton Fair. They came to us to improve quality control, develop new products, and gain better visibility into their China supply chain.
What Did We Do?
01 — Quality Control
During product inspections, we identified issues including TPR color transfer and squishy toy seal leakage, allowing the client to address quality problems before mass production.
02 — Turning a Product Idea Into a Manufacturing Plan
The client was also developing new products and needed to understand more than just the factory quotation.We sourced the manufacturing factory and mold supplier, while advising the client on mold strategy, tooling costs, production capacity, SKU planning, and inventory implications.We walked through mold and toy factory's floor to make sure they are legit.
03 — Better Manufacturing Options
We use a factory with relevant ASTM F963 testing and material compliance capabilities, while also achieving more competitive pricing, lead times, and payment terms than the client's previous options.Our supplier's lead time (Tooling development, Sampling, Mass Production) quote is 5 - 10 days less than client's previous supplier.(Other official reports are available, since there are many, here only for demonstration purpose).
04 — Faster Decisions From Overseas
